Personal data we process

Your full name, company name, country, email address and phone number, together with the product, quantity and delivery details you share with us through the quotation form, email or WhatsApp.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to prepare quotations, respond to your request, carry out pre-contractual and contractual steps and maintain our business relationship, on the legal bases of contract performance (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Your data may be shared, strictly for these purposes, with our email, form and messaging service providers, and with competent authorities where required by law. As these providers may host data outside Türkiye, such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the third parties it has been transferred to and claim compensation for any damage. Please send requests to info@atlasnut.com.

Cookies

Our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is stored only in your browser, and fonts and all content are served from our own server. The location map in the contact section loads Esri satellite imagery only when that section is viewed.
